Why I do it.
You are your purpose.
Your purpose is being you. The most natural thing is being you. Difficulty comes from trying to be someone you are not. Believing something about you, that you are not. My work is about reminding you of who you truly are, at a soul level. Mirroring back and Identifying the believes that keep you stuck, the programmes that run your life in the background. This journey is about following your highest joy in every moment and recognising the stories you tell yourself, when you are not able to do so. Truth can't be told or taught, it has to be felt, experienced and integrated by you, within your own system.
Reality is a feedback loop.
As within, so without. Your believes create your reality. In turn this also means you can learn to "read" your reality in order to identify your subconscious believes and convictions that are running your life. It means you can actively change them. Integrate a new belive that in turn will create a new reality. As within so without.
The lower you go,
the higher you fly.
This means feeling it all. Its about allowing your feelings to survace and sitting with them. Letting them be there. Truly feel them. Recognise what they are trying to reveal because your shadow is not against you, it is trying to show you where you are not seeing yourself fully. It has a story to tell and is asking you to listen. Every heavy emotion can be transmuted into pure gold. It's Alchemy.
